Paddy Pimblett, SUB, R2
Paddy's going to ******* dogwalk Ferguson. Recently came across the fact that he fought Gordon with a broken foot, which makes it look all the more impressive that he was competitive with him for that long. Not only is Jared Gordon a decent veteran, but a broken foot is a monster to deal with. Especially considering the significance of movement in grappling, and in MMA, generally speaking. I'll easily take the younger, more physical grappler with a chip on his shoulder - who, for the record, seems to have become a little more grounded after his last performance - over the old, washed veteran who's historically struggled with grappling. This will not be competitive.
Emmett vs. Mitchell
Josh Emmett, TKO, R3
It's a big ask, because Emmett hasn't knocked anybody out in years, but power's the last thing to go. Bryce can overwhelm Emmett with high-volume striking and chained wrestling, but it won't amount to much over the course of the fight. I can't see Bryce taking multiple clean Emmett shots in the pocket. Although I'm sure his striking is going to improve a **** ton over the coming years, he's not there yet, and I'm going to trust Josh Emmett to land the hail mary blow that shuts the lights out.

Cody Garbrandt, DEC
In my opinion Garbrandt's but against Jones was far about a career comeback, but was an overheated by public opinion at the same time. I ranked this performance as second best at Gameplan and Fight IQ in Cody's UFC Career (ranked above Garbrandt vs. Assunção performance because Jones fights in a Higher Pace and ranked only under the Garbrandt vs. Cruz for well known reasons).
Jones never be dropped in his career by strikes to the head and Cody instead of going out to kill or be killed by throwing right hand to the head, he chose to throw single-power shots to the body (Jones be dropped twice in his UFC Career by body shots) and slipped Jones' attacks in the first round, This Cody's first round offenses open the door to the takedowns and ground dominances in the second round, and in the last round he's only needs to manage the 20-18 scorecards advantage.
Positive Thinks about the performance: Cody listen to his corners and Coach Cooper make a great strategy for the fight and good advice between rounds.
Negative Thinks about the performance: Cardio don't look good after the first round, be stunned and rocked during Round 3.
About the Garbrandt vs. Kelleher fight: Both fighters have dealing with injuries in the last time and Fighting in a Numbered Card is a good spotlight to come back: Brian Kelleher biggest weapon is his guillotine choke but at the same time that exposed him to be taking down easily and in the ground during his career he's shows a considerable lack of submission defense, he striking looks more slow and predictable in the last time and his winning path relly to much in takedowns and control as his fights against Pillarte (0-2, 1 NC in UFC ) and Croom (0-3, 1 NC in UFC), Obviously Garbrandt has 0 submission wins and probably won't take advantage of Kelleher's poor submission defense like Mario Bautista and Umar Nurmagomedov managed to do. But it seems to me that Cody's Wrestling Background, Powerful Counter Puncher and being the fastest fighter in the matchup will open many options for victory.
KO win by Garbrandt will probably help him gain momentum and regain much of his confidence, but after UFC 285 performance I think Cody will want to fight in a more intelligent and calculated way, avoiding taking too many risks. So a scenario where he looking to wins by unanimous decision mixing his striking with takedown and control time is the most likely.

Leon Edwards, DEC
Come on Edwards, get this embarrassment to the USA out of the title picture. Please!
Rakhmonov vs. Thompson
Shavkat Rakhmonov, SUB, R3
I realized I'm picking Wonderboy's first sub loss, that's crazy!
Ferguson vs. Pimblett
Paddy Pimblett, DEC
I actually like Paddy but this will still be sad. He said it best, it's a lose-lose situation for himself.
Menifield vs. Jacoby
Dustin Jacoby, DEC
If Jacoby pulls the trigger I think he's got the skill advantage.
Fili vs. Almeida
Andre Fili, DEC
Almeida is fun, I'm excited he's back! But idk how high level he is so Fili might outpoint him here.
